Wow! One of the best breakfasts you ever had - and we served it to you - that is an accolade for us - thank you! Well, in fact we just recently relaunched our breakfast style in the Hotel Hirschgasse and came up with what we call " Butlers Breakfast" since we did not like the buffet style anymore and adapted it to a much more comfortable breakfast modus - we are glad that you like it.
