I liked each and every aspect of our stay. Above all, I experienced an unparalleled attention to details. For instance, our room door had a bell and a label with our names written on it. A small bottle of wine was also offered with our names printed on a welcome card. A special appreciation goes to Valentina, the staff member who welcomed us, for her outstanding customer orientation as well as great tact and discretion at the same time.
