When travelling to the Hotel Hirschgasse Heidelberg on your own, for a weekend or a short break, our comfy Junior Suites with a view are sure to give you that feeling of “home away from home” (22-26 m²).
Through the window of your junior suite you can enjoy the view of Old-Heidelberg. Relax while lying on the bed (120cm x 200cm) and look forward to a cheerful stroll around the Old Town just blocks away. You won't feel lonesome in our restaurants with our friendly service to keep you preoccupied with great food and communication skills. Based on recent surveys; three out of four women would like to enjoy a special treatment during their stay in a hotel. We take this very serious and thus, amongst other measures, offer ladies travelling on their own an exclusive, and of course fully adequate table, in the restaurant with special current magazines to surpass waiting times during dinner. Also low calorie dishes can be arranged for a light evening dinner. As well, our friendly room service serves full meals in the privacy of your suite. Additionally, our concierge has recommendations for preferred boutique shopping and wellness treats to individualize your stay with us.
Some of the bathrooms have a whirlpool bath tub. Our Junior Suites often have original English Chesterfield furniture, which we ourselves imported from London.
Junior Suites are intended for single occupancy and offer complimentary Wi-Fi with new superfast high-speed and a bandwidth of up to 200 Mbit/s! Expect to find the thickest carpets in American quality in our suites, with double latex underlay for giving it a richer and more luxurious feel - we call it a “walk on clouds” feeling. This quality specifications drove our carpet fitter (who asked if this quality is really necessary for guests…) to despair.
All room rates are per suite and night. Children up to 11 years enjoy free breakfast, so bring them next time. All suites are declared non-smoking. As an alternative for the budget orientated customer, we offer (according to availability) two single rooms, which are smaller in size and comfort, as well as lower in price. The Hirschgasse Heidelberg is a protected listed building and grooms its corners and slanting walls.
